PRESS: Chernogolovka, Sistema interested in Kraft Heinz baby food

MOSCOW, Nov 23 (PRIME) -- Beverages producer Chernogolovka and multi-industry holding Sistema are interested in Russian baby food assets of U.S. food company Kraft Heinz, Kommersant business daily reported on Wednesday.

According to media reports that appeared in the summer, Kraft Heinz intended to sell off its Russian assets, in particular the Heinz Georgiyevsk plant in the Stavropol Region, the Ivanovsk baby food factory with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes of baby food annually, and the Umnitsa and the Sami s usami brands.

Kommersant’s source has assessed the business at 2.5–3 billion rubles.
